Domestic Dispute, Military Road, Tamboerskloof @ 20:51 on the 2nd February 2024. Our monitoring centre received a call requesting assistance. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the tenants of a unit had been evicted earlier but had returned and were under the influence of alcohol. SAPS were in attendance.

Attempted Theft of Motor Vehicle, Wexford Road, Vredehoek @ 00:15 on the 5th February 2024. Our monitoring centre received a call from a client requesting assistance in removing the car battery from his vehicle as someone had attempted to steal it. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the suspect/s had used a master key to open the vehicle. The ignition had been broken when they tried to start the vehicle. The suspect/s fled the scene when spotted by the client. SAPS were informed.

Housebreak In & Theft, Barnett Street, Gardens @ 05:09 on the 5th February 2024. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting a premises had been burgled. The alarm had not been armed. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported access was gained via the front door in that the lock was broken and the door forced open. Numerous items had been taken. A security officer down the road stated that three males were seen leaving the house with electrical appliances in hand.

Theft of Motor Vehicle, Exner Avenue, Vredehoek @ 06:38 on the 5th February 2024. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting a vehicle had been stolen. SAPS were informed.

Attempted Housebreak In & Theft, New Church Street, Tamboerskloof @ 02:44 on the 6th February 2024. Our monitoring centre received multiple burglar alarms from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the front gate was standing wide open. An all-round check was conducted and it was found that the electric fence had also been damaged but no access was gained into the premises. No key holders were available.

Theft Out of Motor Vehicle, Breda Street, Gardens @ 02:21 on the 8th February 2024. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting that a suspect was seen breaking the window of a white Toyota Rav4 and remove items from the vehicle. AR was dispatched and reported the owner was aware.
