Theft Out of Motor Vehicle, Rugley Road, Vredehoek @ 07:05 on the 21st January 2024. Our monitoring centre received a call requesting assistance. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the back window of a blue Suzuki Swift had been smashed. As per camera footage a male was seen breaking the window and removing two bottles of suntan oil and a jacket before walking off. AR was asked to be on the lookout as a description was given. SAPS were informed.

Arrest, Rosmead Avenue, Oranjezicht @ 18:43 on the 21st January 2024. Our monitoring centre received a burglar alarm from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported a male had jumped over the wall of the premises. When questioned, the suspect stated he was looking for scrap. SAPS were dispatched and the suspect was taken into custody.

Housebreak In & Theft, Buitenkant Street, Gardens @ 07:30 on the 22nd January 2024. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting a premises had been burgled. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported access was gained via the safety gate which had been bent and the front door was kicked in. Speakers, microphones and other musical equipment was taken. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

Multiple alarm signals were received. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported a male suspect jumped from the third floor and ran away. SAPS were informed.
