AR was dispatched and on arrival reported a female resident was under the influence of alcohol and being very aggressive. SAPS were dispatched and issued her with a warning.

Housebreak In & Theft, Gilmour Hill Road, Tamboerskloof @ 09:24 on the 7th January 2024. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting the premises had been burgled. Multiple burglar alarm signals were received during the early hours of the morning and AR reported an all-round check and the garage door was found half open. Neither the client nor the key holders could be reached. After several attempts, SMS notifications were sent whereby the client responded that he was away and as per camera footage, suspects were seen leaving the premises with items in hand.

AR was dispatched and on arrival reported as per the neighbour, three men were seen jumping over the back wall carrying an air conditioner, copper pipes and a bag containing unknown items.

Housebreak In & Theft, Roeland Terrace, Cape Town @ 21:59 on the 10th January 2024. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting a premises had been burgled. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the tenants had gone out for dinner and upon their arrival home found the gate had been forced open and access gained via the front window which was broken. The house had been raided and laptops, cameras, speakers, microphones, an amplifier, a music mixing desk, diving gear and a purse containing a passport and ID were taken. SAPS were in attendance.

AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the back door had been forced open. It was not sure if access was gained and if anything was taken as the owners were away on holiday.

AR was dispatched and on arrival reported access was gained via a side window on the first floor and copper pipes and various items were taken. Some of the stolen items were found in the abandoned building next door. SAPS were informed.
