Housebreak In &Theft, Woodside Road, Tamboerskloof @ 19:27 on the 9th December 2023. Our monitoring centre received multiple burglar alarms from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the premises had been burgled. Suspects entered via the front pedestrian gate to the courtyard and forced a kitchen window open whereby the kitchen door was opened from the inside. The entire house was ransacked. Items taken were three portable hard drives, an Apple desktop, two Rolex watches and jewelry. The store room was also forced open but nothing was taken. SAPS were in attendance.

Theft Out of Motor Vehicle, Upper Maynard Street, Gardens @ 04:14 on the 11th December 2023. Our monitoring centre received report that as per camera footage, two males were seen tampering with vehicles parked in the street. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported when he confronted the suspects, they dropped kitchen items they had taken from a white Toyota Avanza as the window had been smashed and ran off. The items were retrieved and returned to its owner.

Housebreak In & Theft, Hope Street, Gardens @ 07:53 on the 12th December 2023. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting the premises had been burgled. The alarm had activated during the early hours of the morning and AR reported a front perimeter and visual left check. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported a laptop and several items were taken. SAPS were in attendance.
