Housebreak In & Theft, St Michael’s Road, Tamboerskloof @ 01:02 on the 26th November 2023. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting a premises had been burgled. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the alarm system had been ripped out, hence no alarm signals. Electronic equipment and the television were taken. It could not be established what else was taken as the owner was not present. SAPS were in attendance.

Attempted Hijacking, Buxton Avenue, Oranjezicht @ 23:38 on the 26th November 2023. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting there had been an attempted hijacking. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported two males had tried to take the vehicle keys of a tenant residing at the premises. The suspects stabbed the tenant and grabbed a leather bag before fleeing the scene. Medical assistance was declined. However, SAPS were in informed.

Housebreak In & Theft, Pinoak Street, Devils Peak @ 17:17 on the 30th November 2023. Our monitoring centre received an electric fence activation from a premises. When calling, the client requested AR as the premises had been burgled. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the client had seen a male walking with a bag similar to her husband’s. She then saw that her post box was broken and discovered there had been a break in. AR reported the suspect had used the post box to climb the wall and cut the electric fence. The sliding gate was forced open to access the premises and a lap top and bag and jewellery was taken. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.
