Housebreak In & Theft, Clairewood Avenue, Highlands Estate @ 22:21 on the 5th August 2023. Our monitoring centre received a call requesting assistance as it seemed the premises had been burgled. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported suspects gained access via the back and exited through the front. It was uncertain if anything was missing as all valuables were still in place. SAPS were in attendance.

Common Theft, Cnr Anemone & Pypies Square, Devils Peak @ 22:00 on the 5th August 2023. Our monitoring centre received a report from the AR that while on patrol a suspect was seen dropping something in the park when he was spotted before fleeing over Philip Kgosana Drive. Upon investigation it was found to be a bicycle. A resident approached the AR and stated the bicycle had been stolen from his premises in Derry Street.

Housebreak In & Theft, Bradwell Road, Vredehoek @ 17:10 on the 9th August 2023. Our monitoring centre received a panic alarm from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported when the tenant arrived home, the front door was standing open. Upon investigation, it was found that two lap tops and jewellery were taken. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

Housebreak In & Theft, Davenport Road, Vredehoek @ 11:18 on the 10th August 2023. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting a premises had been burgled the previous evening. No alarm signals were received. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported it was uncertain where access was gained. Wires had been cut and various items were taken. SAPS were informed.
