Common Theft, Grand Vue Road, Walmer Estate @ 02:54 on the 23rd July 2023. Our monitoring centre received multiple alarms from a premises. Client stated someone was trying to gain access via the front door. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported a male suspect had taken a step ladder. AR was asked to be on the lookout for the suspect.

Trespassing, Leeuwendal Crescent, Gardens @ 22:38 on the on the 23rd July 2023. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting there had been a trespasser on their premises. The suspect had jumped over the wall and attempted to break in. AR was asked to conduct regular patrols.

Arrest, Cnr Buitenkant & Mill Street, Gardens @ 19:32 on the 24th July 2023. Our monitoring centre received multiple burglar alarms from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival apprehended a suspect who had attempted to steal flowerpots. SAPS were dispatched and the suspect was taken into custody.

Domestic Dispute, Hanover Street, Zonnebloem @ 04:03 on the 27th July 2023. Our monitoring centre received a panic alarm from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported an Arabian male tourist had allegedly been robbed of R3000.00 cash by a female he had met in a night club. The tourist then took the lady’s cell phone. SAPS were in attendance and they were advised to go to the police station.
