Housebreak In & Theft, Capel Road, Oranjezicht @ 01:41 on the 11th March 2023. Our monitoring centre received a panic alarm from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported there had been an intruder on the premises who had fled when the client spotted him. The intruder had gained access via the bathroom window. The client was awakened by the barking of the dogs and upon investigation found the intruder in the downstairs bedroom ransacking the drawers. She was uncertain as to what was taken. SAPS were in attendance.

Malicious Damage to Property, New Market Street, Cape Town @ 18:11 on the 11th March 2023. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting a premises had been burgled. No alarm signals were received. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the front door was locked and secured and no entry was gained. The remote controlled gate however, was broken as the power supply had been damaged. The gate was temporarily secured with a padlock and AR was asked to do patrols. AR later confirmed a guard had also been posted at the premises.

Malicious Damage to Property, Albert Road, Tamboerskloof @ 04:34 on the 13th March 2023. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting a vehicle had been broken into. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the passenger window of a white Audi A1 was smashed. As per the owner there was no need for SAPS as nothing was taken.

Malicious Damage to Property, Forest Hill Road, Oranjezicht @ 05:00 on the 13th March2023. Our monitoring centre received a report from the AR that while on patrol he found the back window of a Hyundai A10 smashed. It was unknown to whom the vehicle belonged to.

Common Theft, Alexandra Avenue, Oranjezicht @ 12:35 on the 13th March 2023. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting the garage of a premises had been broken into. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the suspect/s had jumped over the wall and gained access into the unlocked garage and stole a set of golf clubs. There was no need for SAPS as the client would report the incident himself.

Trespassing, Breda Street, Oranjezicht @ 00:21 on the 15th March 2023. Our monitoring centre received a burglar alarm from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported two male suspects were apprehended on the premises. A third suspect fled off in a silver Kia Picanto. SAPS were in attendance and the suspects were taken into custody.

Common Theft, Clive Street, Vredehoek @ 22:23 on the 16th March 2023. Our monitoring centre received a call requesting AR as someone had been on the premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported a suspect had ripped the flood light off the front wall. AR was asked to be on the lookout.
