Week 8: 17 February 2023 to 24 February 2023

Common Assault, Hanover Street, Zonnebloem on the 17th February 2023. Our monitoring centre received a panic alarm from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the on-site security guard and a tenant were arguing which resulted in the guard being smacked by the tenant. Allegedly the guard informed the tenant not to park his vehicle in a specific area of the parking lot. The tenant claimed he had been given permission by the owner to do so. After the altercation the tenant drove off.
