Housebreak In & Theft, Ludlow Road, Vredehoek @ 22:46 on the 21st January 2023. Our monitoring centre received multiple alarm signals from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the premises had been burgled. The suspect/s gained access by forcing the back sliding door open and took a television before fleeing in a white Chevrolet Spark. SAPS were in attendance.

Theft of Motor Vehicle, Leeuwenvoet Road, Tamboerskloof @ 10:10 on the 22nd January 2023. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting a vintage silver-grey Jaguar was stolen. Watchcomm and SS Management were informed to check their cameras but nothing was found. There was no need for SAPS as the client would report the incident.

Trespassing, Rustic Road, Oranjezicht @ 05:17 on the 23rd January 2023. Our monitoring centre received a phone in alarm reporting there was someone on the premises as seen on the camera footage. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported an intruder had removed an unknown item from the children’s play area before running away. The client stated there was no need for SAPS.

Common Theft, Pinetree Crescent, Vredehoek @ 01:22 on the 25th January 2023. Our monitoring centre received a burglar alarm from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported as per camera footage, an intruder was seen jumping over a wall onto the property and taking a 9kg gas tank before running off. AR was asked to be on the lookout.

Housebreak In & Theft, Clifford Avenue, Highlands Estate @ 14:07 on the 25th January 2023. Our monitoring centre received a burglar alarm from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the burglar gate was standing open but the front door was closed. Upon investigation it was found that the security gate had force marks on it and the front door had been damaged too. A television and lap top were taken. SAPS were informed.
