Robbery, Hiddingh Avenue, Gardens @ 12:37 on the 17th December 2022. Our monitoring centre received a report from the AR that while enroute to an alarm call out he had spotted two males robbing a civilian of her cell phone. AR gave chase and caught one of the suspects. SAPS were dispatched and the suspect was taken into custody. OB # 453

Housebreak In & Theft, Hanover Street, Cape Town @ 21:05 on the 17th December 2022. Our monitoring centre received multiple panic alarm signals from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the premises had been burgled. As per the manager, five males were seen of which two had entered a tenants’ residence via an open window which had no burglar bars. The suspects took a lap top and back pack containing clothes before fleeing when they were spotted.

Malicious Damage to Property, Windburg Avenue, Devils Peak @ 06:06 the 18th December 2022. Our monitoring centre received a call requesting AR as his vehicle had been broken into. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the right rear window was smashed but nothing was taken. There was no need for SAPS as the client would report the incident himself.
