Malicious Damage to Property, Frank Avenue, Highlands Estate @ 11:34 on the 13th November 2022. Our monitoring centre received a call from a client requesting AR to check on their premises as they were out of the country. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported an all-round check was done and it was found that the back wall facing the mountain had been damaged thus allowing easy access onto the property. The client was informed and regular patrols were conducted.

Attempted Break-in / Malicious Damage to Property, Aloe Street, Devils Peak @ 03:39 on the 17th November 2022. Our monitoring centre received an alarm activation from the garage beam of a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival spoke to the key holder who confirmed that a suspect had removed one of the garage wooden panels and fled the scene when the alarm activated. No entry was gained into the garage. AR drove around to look for the suspect as a description was given by the keyholder but couldn’t find him.
