Housebreak In & Theft, Victoria Road, Woodstock @ 09:13 on the 23rd October 2022. Our monitoring centre received a burglar alarm from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported as per the client the premises had been bugled. The burglary may have occurred during the early hours when the alarm activated and AR reported a front and side check. A Samsung tablet and cell phone as well as cash was taken. The client declined SAPS.

Theft, Hastings Street, Tamboerskloof @ 03:15 on the 25th October 2022. Our monitoring centre received a burglar alarm from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported as per camera footage, a suspect was seen jumping over the wall and taking a laptop through an open window. AR was asked to be on the lookout for the suspect.

Attempted Housebreak In & Theft, High Cape Avenue, Devils Peak @ 21:13 on the 27th October 2022. Our monitoring centre received a call requesting AR to check a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported as per the neighbours above the unit - they had heard a noise and when looking down had seen three suspects standing on the wall to gain access to the balcony. Upon shouting at them, the suspects jumped down running toward a vehicle that looked like an Opel Astra. The client confirmed nothing was taken and AR assisted in securing the access point as the safety gate and door lock were forced open. There was no need for SAPS as the client would report the incident himself.
