Attempted Housebreak In & Theft, Peppertree Road, Vredehoek @ 01:39 on the 16th July 2022. Our monitoring centre received a burglar alarm from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported two males had jumped over the fence from the mountain side and attempted to enter through the back sliding door but ran off when the alarm activated.

Theft Out of Motor Vehicle, Constitution Street, Zonnebloem @ 19:42 on the 16th July 2022. Our monitoring centre received a call requesting assistance. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported, while visiting his daughter, an elderly male’s vehicle was broken into. The back window was smashed and a bag was taken. The victim gave chase and caught up with the suspect in Canterbury Street where he was then robbed of his cell phone. There was no need SAPS as the victim would report the incident himself.

Common Theft, Strand Street, Cape Town @ 19:08 on the 20th July 2022. Our monitoring centre received a panic alarm from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported a staff member had been robbed of their cell phone. Suspects entered the premises and pretended to place an order. They then grabbed the cell phone and ran off. SAPS were in attendance.

Attempted Armed Robbery, Peppertree Road, Vredehoek @ 03:54 on the 21st July 2022. Our monitoring centre received a call requesting AR as there were suspects on the property. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported two males had jumped over the fence from the mountain side and broken a window. As the alarm was not armed, the client then armed the system and the suspects were deterred and fled off. The suspects later returned armed but as SAPS were arriving, they fled off again.
