Malicious Damage to Property, Maynard Street, Gardens @ 20:28 on the 19th June 2022. Our monitoring centre received a call from the neighbourhood watch reporting a vehicle parked in front of a premises had been broken into. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the passenger window of a Toyota RunX was smashed. The owner who had been visiting nearby confirmed nothing was taken from the vehicle.

Arrest, Highlands Avenue, Vredehoek @ 14:09 on the 21st June 2022. Our monitoring centre received a report from the AR that with the help of the neighbourhood watch a suspect was apprehended for stealing proteas from the mountain. The suspect who was a repeat offender was handed over to SanParks.

Arrest, Virginia Avenue, Vredehoek @ 09:43 on the 22nd June 2022. Our monitoring centre received a report from the neighbourhood watch that a suspect wanted for car break ins had been spotted in the area. AR was dispatched to assist in searching the area. The suspect was apprehended in Virginia Avenue and handed over to SAPS.

Motor Vehicle break In, Escombe Street, Vredehoek @ 03:36 on the 23rd June 2022. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting a suspect was seen tampering with a vehicle parked in the street before climbing in. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the suspect ran off. It could not be established if the suspect had taken some items as it was unknown to whom the black Jaguar belonged to. AR searched the area but could not find the suspect.
