TEST YOUR ALARM ON A REGULAR BASIS AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH.

1- Advise your security of any faults.

2- Advise your installation company of any changes to your risk i.e. threats to your life, building taking place of     premises etc.

3- Make sure that your installation company is SAIDSA approved and PSIRA registered.

4- Test your fixed and remote panic buttons.

5- Have dual monitoring i.e. telephone and radio links.

6- Are you aware of the crime trends in your area? If not read the crime reports.

7- Are you aware of the emergency call centre phone number and is it programmed as a pre-set number is your home     phone and mobile phone?

8- Do your house keeper/char know the emergency call centre number?

9- Does your guests and children know the emergency call centre number?
