Week 12: 14th March 2025 to 20th March 2025

Trespassing and Arrest, Barnham Avenue, Vredehoek @ 04:08 on the 19^th March 2025.Our monitoring centre received a call from a client reporting that he had seen a suspect jumping into a property opposite his residence. Armed response was dispatched to investigate. Upon arrival the officer called for assistance as he located the suspect, but he was trying to flee. Additional units were dispatched. The suspect resisted arrest but after a few minutes he was placed in handcuffs. A knife and a balaclava were found on the suspect whilst he was searched. S.A.P. S was informed and arrived to detain the suspect.
