Medic 1 was dispatched and on arrival reported the child had stabilized and that there was no need for an ambulance.

AR was dispatched and on arrival reported a cellphone had been stolen and the suspect was apprehended by bystanders and the cellphone returned. The owner of the cellphone declined SAPS.

Shoplifting, Kloof Street, Gardens @ 07:12 on the 25th January 2025. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting that a shoplifter had been caught on site. AR and SAPS were dispatched and the suspect was taken into custody.

Fire, Loop Street, Cape Town @ 05:30 on the 26th January 2025. Our monitoring centre received multiple alarm signals and a call reporting that there was smoke coming from a premises. AR and the Fire Department were dispatched. The fire which seemed to have started in the kitchen due to an electrical fault was extinguished.

Robbery, Bedford Road, Vredehoek @ 12:57 on the 26th January 2025. Our monitoring centre received a call regarding a suspicious male that was seen running from the street. It seemed as if someone had been robbed. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported a lady had been mugged. The neighbourhood watch reported the suspect had been apprehended by Law Enforcement and the victim’s cell phone was recovered before she was transported to a health facility for medical treatment.

Housebreaking & Theft, Victoria Road, Woodstock @ 09:15 on the 27th January 2025. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting a premises had been burgled. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported access was gained via the back door of the premises which had been forced open. The suspect damaged the CCTV camera system and the alarm system. Cash to the value of R30 000,00, a laptop and four cellphones were stolen as well as some alcohol. SAPS were informed.

Common Theft, Noordelik Avenue, Devil`s Peak @ 21:40 on the 27th January 2025. Our monitoring centre received a report from the neighbourhood watch that two suspects had entered a property and stolen the copper water pipes. Descriptions of the two suspects were provided and the AR patrolled the area and a few hours later managed to locate the suspects. One of the suspects managed to evade the arrest but one was detained. SAPS were dispatched and the suspect was taken into custody. The owner of the premises informed the neighbourhood watch that he would open a case the following morning.

Arrest, Constantia Road, Higgovale @ 04:21 on the 29th January 2025. Our monitoring centre received a report of a person seen entering a vehicle. AR was dispatched and on arrival caught a suspect inside the vehicle. SAPS were informed and the owner of the vehicle was also located. The owner stated that the vehicle was unlocked and there was no damage and that SAPS must be cancelled as they do not want to open a case. The owner just gave the suspect a verbal warning and instructed the armed response to release the suspect.

AR was dispatched and on arrival reported a male with a dark hoodie had jumped over the wall. AR checked the property and a patrol of the area was conducted. No suspect could be found matching the description given.
