Theft of Motor Cycle, De Lorentz Street, Gardens @ 22:08 on the 15th November 2024. Our monitoring centre received a call requesting assistance. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported a motor cycle had been stolen. The owner of the red Yamaha had left the keys in the ignition and upon realization thereof, returned to where it had been parked only to discover it was gone. SAPS were informed and AR was asked to be on the lookout.

Fire, Constitution Street, Zonnebloem @ 03:31 on the 16th November 2024. Our monitoring centre received an alarm activation from the electric fence of a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival the electric fence was on fire. The Fire Department was dispatched and the fire extinguished. AR was requested to do patrols due to the damaged fence.

Robbery, Vogelgezang Street, Zonnebloem @ 04:31 on the 17th November 2024. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting a robbery. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported a female had been robbed of her cell phone. She had been standing outside her apartment when two males forced their way into the premises via the pedestrian gate and grabbed her phone. SAPS were informed.

Attempted Housebreak In & Theft, Kensington Cresent, Gardens @ 08:10 on the 17th November 2024. Our monitoring centre received a panic alarm activation from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported as per the client, someone had attempted to break into the garage during the night as it was only noticed in the morning. It seemed like a crowbar had been used. No entry was gained and nothing was stolen. The client declined SAPS.

Housebreak In & Theft, Milan Street, Zonnebloem @ 02:52 on the 21st November 2024. Our monitoring centre received an alarm activation from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported an entire window frame had been removed to gain access. The premises was vacant and the owner could not attend the scene. An internal check was conducted as per the client’s request. The only item that could be seen as stolen was the alarm hub and a tap. There was no need for SAPS.

Theft, Lymington Street, District Six @ 01:46 on the 22nd November 2024. Our monitoring centre received an alarm activation from a premises and AR was requested. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported a check of the premises was conducted and it was found that someone had broken off and stolen the outside alarm beam mounted on the wall. There was no need for SAPS and regular patrols were scheduled.
