House Break In & Theft, Windburg Avenue, Vredehoek @ 10:15 on the 11th November 2024. Our monitoring received a call reporting a premises had been broken into. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported intruders had forced open a window in the front of the property to gain access. The burglar bar was inside on the floor. Client could only see a small speaker missing from the desk. CCTV footage indicated that four suspects had climbed over the perimeter fence to gain access. SAPS were informed.

Theft Out of Motor Vehicle, Prince Street, Oranjezicht @ 18:02 on the 11th November 2024. Our monitoring received a call reporting a vehicle had been broken into. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the back left window of a black Haval was broken. The owner stated that hiking gear and a blanket was stolen. There was no need for SAPS as he would report the incident.

Theft Out of Motor Vehicle, Chelmsford Road, Vredehoek @ 15:55 on the 12th November 2024. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting a vehicle had been broken into. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the back window of a Honda Jazz was smashed. The vehicle had been parked in the road and all the owner’s personal items that were in the boot was taken. SAPS were informed.

Malicious Damage to Property, Hyde Street, Zonnebloem @ 04:20 on the on the 13th November 2024. Our monitoring centre received a burglary alarm from a premises. The client also called in stating they think someone is trying to break in. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported no suspects could be located, however someone had climbed up the burglar bars to the second floor and broke the balcony door by smashing the glass. No entry was gained and nothing was stolen. SAPS were informed.
