House Break In & Theft, Pypies Square, Devils Peak @ 16:11 on the 12th July 2024. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting a break in at a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported suspect gained access by forcing open the security gate and breaking the back door. No alarm signals were received as the alarm was not armed. Items stolen were cell phones and a wallet containing cash and bank cards. SAPS were in attendance.

Malicious Damage to Property, Clare Street, Gardens @ 09:00 on the 16th July 2024. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting an attempted break in at a premises. Suspect/s had broken a window in the alley located next to the workshop to try and gain entry. However, nothing was stolen as no access was gained when the alarm activated.

House Break In & Theft, Jan Smuts Road, Cape Town @ 10:13 on the 16th July 2024. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting a premises had been burgled. Suspect/s had cut the side of the tent with a sharp object and gained entry. Once inside the suspect/s ripped the alarm system off the wall. The only items stolen were a kettle and some snacks and soft drinks. It was suspected that a child had broken in as the hole that was cut was very small. SAPS were in attendance.
