Fire, Harrington Street, Cape Town, @ 23:04 on the 14th June 2024. Our monitoring centre received an alarm activation from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported that the premises was on fire. The client was contacted and informed and Emergency Services dispatched. The fire was extinguished and no injuries were sustained by anyone.

House Break In & Theft, Cambridge Street, Woodstock @ 10:45 on the 17th June 2024. Our monitoring centre received an alarm activation from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported as per the caretaker at the school a classroom had been broken into. The lock on the door was broken off but nothing had been stolen. It was uncertain of where entry was gained into the property. SAPS were informed.

Attempted House Break In & Theft, 4 Rocklands Avenue, Highlands Estate @ 02:17 on the 19th June 2024. Our monitoring centre received a panic alarm activation from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported as per the client someone had tried to force a window open. When the client pressed the panic button, the suspect got a fright and ran away by jumping over the front wall. A check was done of the property, and AR confirmed a glass panel had been removed from a window but no entry was gained. The AR did a foot patrol of the area but the suspect could not be located.

House Break In & Theft, Clare Street, Gardens @ 09:00 on the 19th June 2024. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting a premises had been burgled. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported shortly after the premises was opened the client discovered his business had been broken into. Entry was gained through two small windows on the side of the workshop area. A petty cash box with about R100.00 in coins and cigarettes was found missing from the desk drawer and the bonnet of a vehicle parked inside the premises had been damaged. The card swiping machine for the premises was also stolen. No signals were received as the alarm system had not been armed. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

House Break In & Theft, Frank Avenue, Highlands Estate @ 12:02 on the 19th June 2024. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting a premises had been burgled. AR was dispatched and on arrival met the neighbour at the premises as the client was not there. Upon investigation it was found that a glass door had been removed to gain entry into the premises. It could not be established what was taken besides a small television. The alarm had activated during the early hours of the morning and the AR reported a front perimeter check only as there was no access and no key holders could be reached when called. There was no need for SAPS as the client was away.
