Fire, Windburg Avenue, Devils Peak @ 00:58 on the 8th June 2024. Our monitoring centre received an alarm activation from a premises. The client requested Fire and Rescue and Armed Response as there was a fire in the premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival assisted the occupants to vacate the premises. There were no injuries. Emergency services were on scene and extinguished the fire which had started at a light fitting.

Malicious Damage to Property, Gladioulus Avenue, Devils Peak @ 02:15 on the 8th June 2024. Our monitoring centre received a report from the AR that while busy attending to a property for an alarm activation, glass was heard breaking. Upon investigation, a grey Nissan KGZ parked on the street, was found with a smashed window. It was not known to whom the vehicle belonged to.

Theft Out of Motor Vehicle, Bradwell Road, Vredehoek @ 14:10 on the 12th June 2024. Our monitoring centre received a report that a vehicle had been broken into. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the vehicle had not been locked. Restaurant stock to the value of R14000,00 was stolen out of the vehicle. The vehicle had been parked inside the client’s property and as per the camera footage, two suspects were seen opening the pedestrian gate and going directly to the vehicle. The suspects then take everything out of the vehicle and leave the same way. Information was received about one of the suspects and his location. SAPS were informed who followed up and detained a person.
