AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the client declined SAPS as they would report the incident themselves as only bedding had been taken.

AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the garage was broken into. No alarm signals were received as there was no sensor inside the garage. Camping gear, clothing, play stations and lap tops were taken. SAPS were in attendance.

Housebreak In & Theft, Rocklands Avenue, Highlands Estate @ 14:38 on the 17th October 2022. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting the premises had been burgled sometime during the night. No alarm signals were received. The point of access could not be determined, although it was surmised it could be from the neighbour’s premises. The suspect/s took a bicycle and exited via the motor gate as it was found standing open after being derailed. The client reported the incident to SAPS.

Attempted Housebreak In & Theft, Leeuwenhof Road, Gardens @ 14:41 on the 19th October 2022. Our monitoring received a call from a client reporting he had been informed by his neighbour that there were intruders on his premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported as per the neighbour, the intruders had run off when they saw him. They had however, damaged the front gate. The client declined SAPS.

Theft Out of Motor Vehicle, New Church Street, Tamboerskloof @ 00:01 on the 20th October 2022. Our monitoring centre received a panic alarm from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported a guest’s white Hyundai had been broken into. The left front window was smashed and some items were taken. SAPS were in attendance.

Arrest, New Church Street, Tamboerskloof @ 08:27 on the 20th October 2022. Our monitoring centre received a panic alarm from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported a suspect had been apprehended by a staff member when he tried to sell an item that was taken from a vehicle that was broken into which had been parked at the premises during the early hours of the morning. SAPS were dispatched and the suspect was taken into custody.
