Housebreak In & Theft, Bloem Street, Bo Kaap @ 15:17 on the 18th April 2022. Our monitoring centre received a call from a client stating they had been informed by a neighbour that their premises may have been burgled as the front door was standing open. They were currently away and requested AR to meet with the neighbour. AR was dispatched and checked the premises and found an open window on the upper level. The client was informed who stated they were on their way back. At 17:44 AR met up with the client and checked the premises again. It was found that a safe, clothing and jewellery were taken. SAPS were in attendance.

Theft, Chiappini Street, Bo Kaap @ 14:32 on the 20th April 2022. Our monitoring centre received a panic alarm from a premises. AR was dispatched and the client stated he had been robbed. On arrival AR reported a female with three children in tow had asked to look around the gallery. After they left, the client discovered his laptop was missing. The client declined SAPS as he would inform them himself.

Theft, Belvedere Avenue, Oranjezicht @ 16:46 on the 20th April 2022. Our monitoring centre received a call requesting assistance. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the client had been robbed of her necklace in front of the premises by two males. SAPS were informed.

Housebreak In & Theft, Lion Street, Bo Kaap @ 18:11 on the 21st April 2022. Our monitoring centre received multiple burglar alarm signals from a premises. When calling, the client stated the premises had been burgled. It was not certain when the burglary occurred as no signals were received prior. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported access was gained via a window as the burglar bar was damaged. A laptop, cash and the house keys were taken. The locks had already been changed and SAPS had been in attendance.
