Housebreak In & Theft, Kotze Street, Mowbray @ 18:39 on the 4th March 2022. Our monitoring centre received multiple burglar alarms from a premises. The outside response company reported the premises had been burgled. Access was gained via the front door and a television and lap top was taken. SAPS were informed.

Housebreak In & Theft, Prince Street, Gardens @ 13:37 on the 7th March 2022. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting a break in at a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the owner was in the back garden of the property when two suspects forced open the front gates and door to gain access. The suspects locked the owner out and took a Samsung television, X box, car keys and a moon bag containing cash and bank cards before fleeing in a silver Hyundai i10. SAPS were in attendance.

Housebreak In &Theft, New Church Street, Tamboerskloof @ 07:32 on the 8th March 2022. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting the premises had been burgled. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported when staff arrived for duty, they found the fire door standing open. Items taken were a Bluetooth speaker, Snappy Chef induction cookers and kettle and a Samsung cell phone. SAPS were informed.

Common Theft, Exner Avenue, Vredehoek @ 13:13 on the 8th March 2022. Our monitoring centre received a burglar alarm from a premises. When calling, the client stated the premises was undergoing renovations and the builder had informed her a grinder was missing. Patrols were requested as it was suspected the thieves may return.
