Common Theft, Upper Orange Street, Oranjezicht @ 22:45 on the 22nd January 2022. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting a hand bag had been stolen. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported a male had tried to break into a premises but then grabbed the hand bag containing cash and credit and bank cards through an open window.
