Fire, Kloof Street, Gardens @ 05:01 on the 25th December 2021. Our monitoring centre received multiple burglar alarm signals from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the premises was on fire. Emergency Services were dispatched and the fire was extinguished.

Housebreak In & Theft, Higgo Crescent, Higgovale @ 07:05 on the 25th December 2021. Our monitoring centre received an alarm activation and when calling, the client confirmed all in order. At 07:15 the client called in requesting AR to check the premises as they were away. AR was dispatched and while en route, multiple burglar alarms were received. On arrival AR reported a suspect had been apprehended with a high-pressure water spray compressor and a drill. The suspect had gained access through a window into the garage. SAPS were dispatched and the suspect was taken into custody.

The house sitter confirmed a television had been taken. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the front door had force marks on it. SAPS were declined.

AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the suspects had taken a handbag and gold chain. SAPS were in attendance.

AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the tenant stated on his arrival home he found the side gate and front door open and the lights were on. A television, music box, clothing and shoes were taken. SAPS were informed.

AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the house sitter had heard a noise and upon investigation a male was seen running out the gate with items of clothing which had been hanging on the washing line. SAPS were in attendance.
