Trespassing, Brownlow Street, Tamaboerskloof @ 22:53 on the 5th November 2021. Our monitoring centre received multiple burglar alarms from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the client had caught an intruder on the premises. A neighbour had seen the suspect climbing over the gate and had alerted the client. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

Housebreak In Theft, Kloof Nek Road, Tamboerskloof @ 15:43 on the 7th November 2021. Our monitoring centre received multiple panic alarm signals from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported a lap top and various other items had been stolen. The suspect/s gained access via the back door. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

Malicious Damage to Property, Kuyper Street, Zonnebloem @ 07:58 on the 8th November 2021. Our monitoring centre received a report from the AR that while on patrol it was found that the outside light of a building complex had been pulled from the wall and was hanging by the wiring.

Housebreak In & Theft, Bree Street, Cape Town @ 11:19 on the 8th November 2021. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting a premises had been burgled. The suspect/s had entered via a back window and taken a sound system and other items. No alarm signals were received as that part of the premises was not covered by the alarm system. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

Attempted Housebreak & Theft, Ben Avenue, High Cape, Devils Peak @ 20:33 on the 10th November 2021. Our monitoring centre received a burglary and panic alarm signal from a premises. AR was dispatched and the client stated there were intruders on the premises. On arrival the AR reported the suspects tried to gain access via the back door but fled when AR arrived. One of the suspects was caught by the AR and SAPS were dispatched to take him into custody.

Malicious Damage to Property, Buitengracht Street, Cape Town @ 09:09 on the 11th November 2021. Our monitoring centre received a burglary alarm from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported as per the client a small front window had been broken. It was suspected it happened late night or early morning hours. No signals were received and no access was gained into the property as the burglar bars were still intact.
