Common Theft, Clive Street, Vredehoek @ 08:04 on the 3^rd October 2021. Our monitoring centre received a burglar alarm from a premises. The client reported an intruder had jumped over the wall and taken chairs. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported a short male with dreadlocks had taken two wooden fold up chairs with grey cushions. The suspect had run off in the direction of the parade. AR went in search of the suspect but could not find him. The client declined SAPS.

Mugging, Pinoak Road, Devils Peak @ 18:21 on the 6^th October 2021. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting someone had been robbed in the street. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported a female was robbed of her cell phone. She had been taking pictures of a property when a passer-by grabbed her phone and ran off. SAPS were informed.
