Housebreak In & Theft, Glen Crescent, Higgovale @ 20:27 on the 13th August 202. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting a garage had been broken into. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported two bicycles were taken. The client had given chase with his vehicle and caught one of the suspects on the stairs. The bicycle was retrieved but the suspect got away. The second suspect was still at large with the other bicycle. There was no need for SAPS as the client would report the incident the following day.

Attempted Housebreak In & Theft, Park Road, Gardens @ 21:18 on the 13th August 2021. Our monitoring received panic alarms from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the client had heard a noise coming from the back of the premises. Upon investigation he found a suspect trying to open the top half of the bathroom window that was not burglar barred. The client yelled at the suspect who then ran off.

Theft / Arrest, Upper Union Street, Gardens @ 17:48 on the 17th August 2021. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting a suspect had been caught stealing on the premises. AR and SAPS were dispatched. On arrival AR reported the suspect had gained access via the front gate which had been left open by the builders. SAPS took the suspect into custody.

Theft, Orange Street, Gardens @ 22:05 on the 19th August 2021. Our monitoring centre received multiple panic alarms from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported a suspect had stolen three pillows from the premises. AR later caught the suspect with the assistance of the RCID who took the suspect into custody.

Trespassing, Brunswick Road, Tamboerskloof @ 03:43 on the 20th August 2021. Our monitoring centre received a burglar alarm from the garage beam on a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival requested back up as a suspect was seen in the garage. SAPS were also dispatched. The premises and the neighbouring properties were searched but no suspect was found.
