Common Theft, Hiddingh Avenue, Gardens @ 12:51 on the 25th June 2021. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting a male had entered the premises and taken something before fleeing. The client and a neighbour gave chase and the suspect was caught. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported when searching the suspect’s bag, two jars of honey were found that were taken from the premises. SAPS were in attendance.

Malicious Damage to Property, Bedford Road, Vredehoek @ 02:50 on the 25th June 2021. Our monitoring centre received a phone in alarm reporting two suspicious males in the street. AR was dispatched and on arrival apprehended the two suspects as they had smashed the rear window of a white Ford Fiesta. SAPS were in attendance.

Common Theft, Nuttall Road, Observatory @ 12:46 on the 30th June 2021. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting a premises had been burgled. No alarm signals were received. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported when staff arrived for duty, they found the lock on the gas cage (which stands in the alley) broken and one gas cylinder was missing. The client declined SAPS.
