Housebreak In & Theft, Cnr Cambridge & Hill Street, Walmer Estate @ 08:38 on the 7th June 2021. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting that when staff arrived at the premises they found the outside bathroom door open. The padlock on the gate had been removed. Upon investigation they saw that the PVC piping leading into the bathroom had been cut. The Jojo tank pump was gone as the bracket holding it had been damaged. Three faucets were also taken. The client confirmed there was no water leakage as the water had been turned off. AR and SAPS were in attendance.

Housebreak in & Theft, Waterkant Street, Cape Town @ 11:10 on the 8th June 2021. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting a premises had been burgled. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported as per the client the break in occurred sometime Sunday night or early hours Monday morning. When staff arrived on the Monday they found the left hand side door open and cigarettes and alcohol were taken. No alarm signals were received and the client declined SAPS.
