Housebreak In & Theft, Beresford Road, Walmer Estate @ 07:15 on the 18th December 2020. Our monitoring centre received a phone in alarm reporting a premises had been burgled. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the suspect had damaged the electric fence before jumping over the wall. Access was gained via the pet flap. Items taken were a laptop, camera, cell phones and cash. SAPS were in attendance.

Common Theft, Wale Street, Cape Town @ 17:54 on the 20th December 2020. Our monitoring centre received a phone in alarm requesting assistance. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the on-site security had caught a suspect who had stolen a cell phone. SAPS were dispatched and the suspect was taken into custody.

Housebreak In & Theft, Corner Ashgrove & Chelmsford Road, Vredehoek @ 09:15 on the 22nd December 2020. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting someone was attempting to break in at a garage of a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the garage had been burgled and the suspect had fled. It could not be confirmed what was taken. SAPS were in attendance.

Housebreak In & Theft, Rosmead Avenue, Oranjezicht @ 11:12 on the 22nd December 2020. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting a premises had been burgled. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported access was gained over the back fence and the back door was forced open and a Samsung radio taken. No alarm signals were received. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

Armed Robbery, Ravenscraig Road, Woodstock @ 10:18 on the 23rd December 2020. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting an armed robbery. SAPS were already in attendance. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported a suspect had entered a premises and held up the staff at gun point with a toy gun. When the suspect had tried to touch one of the female staff, a co-worker tackled him from behind. A scuffle ensured and the suspect was injured. The suspect was escorted to hospital due to a head injury and the staff were taken for trauma counselling.
