Housebreak In & Theft, Newmarket Street, Woodstock @ 02:33 on the 23rd August 2020. Our monitoring centre received multiple burglary alarms from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the security guard hut had been broken into and a computer screen was taken. Access was gained via the left hand side glass door before the roller shutter door. The suspects had attempted to break into the client’s premises but were deterred by the alarm going off. SAPS were informed.

Housebreak In & Theft, Leeuwendal Crescent, Gardens @ 21:56 on the 23rd August 2020. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting a garage had been broken into and some items were taken. The client had been alerted by the delivery guy that morning and would report the incident to SAPS themselves and requested AR to do patrols. The outside beams had activated the previous night, however the client stated all was in order.

Housebreak In & Theft, Montrose Avenue, Oranjezicht @ 18:50 on the 24th August 2020. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting a premises had been burgled the previous evening. No alarm signals were received. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the garage door had been forced open and two bicycles and bottles of wine were taken. There was no need for SAPS as the tenant would report the incident. AR was requested to do patrols.

Armed Robbery, Jordaan Street, Bo Kaap @ 21:17 on the 27th August 2020. Our monitoring centre received multiple burglar alarms from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the premises had been burgled as the padlocked doors were forced open. SAPS were dispatched. Seven suspects had held the on-site security at knifepoint and tied him up before taking a large amount of camera equipment. The client could not confirm what else had been taken as a forensic team was busy at the scene.

AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the premises had been burgled as the front glass door was smashed. Client was unable to confirm what was taken until an inventory had been done. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

AR was dispatched and on arrival reported there had been an attempted break in as the padlock was broken off the security gate and the front door had force marks on it but was still secure. No key holders were available.
