Armed Robbery, Buitengracht Street, Cape Town @ 08:10 on the 23rd May 2020. Our monitoring centre received a panic alarm from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival requested SAPS as 2 suspects gun pointed a security officer at the front desk and stole his laptop and cellphone. As per the on-site security the 2 suspects requested entry to the building and when the officer refused he was then armed robbed. SAPS were in attendance.

Theft Out of Motor Vehicle, Leeukop Street, Tamboerskloof @ 11:58 on the 23rd May 2020. AR reported that while he was busy on a patrol he heard a car alarm, he went to investigate and saw a suspect running with a bag from the vehicle. AR gave chase and suspect then dropped the bag and fled. The bag was returned to the lawful owner by the response officer. No SAPS required by the owner.

Common Theft,13 Bayview Avenue, Tamboerskloof @ 16:31 on the 23rd May 2020. Our monitoring centre received a call that a bicycle was stolen out of a garage. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported no forced entry was detected. Client will report the incident to SAPS.

Attempted Housebreak In & Theft, Cnr Ashgrove & Chelmsford Road, Vredehoek @ 02:57 on the 26th May 2020. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting there was someone inside the premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the suspect had removed a back window and the kitchen screen door to gain access. When client shouted the suspect fled. Client confirmed nothing had been taken. SAPS were in attendance.

Theft, Arum Street, Devils Peak @ 05:11 on the 29th May 2020. Our monitoring centre received multiple burglar alarms from a premises. When calling there was no reply and AR was dispatched. Client called in to cancel AR. At 05:19 client called in reporting two red chairs had been removed from the premises. AR was asked to be on the lookout.
