Armed Response was dispatched and on arrival spoke to the key holder who informed him that a window pane had been smashed with a chair and a cell phone was taken. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

Housebreak In & Theft, Rosmead Avenue, Oranjezicht @ 21:40 on the 15th December 2019. Our monitoring centre received an alarm activation from a premises and Armed Response was dispatched. On arrival he reported a positive burglary. The suspects gained access by lifting the garage gate off the track with a crowbar and then forced the front door and safety gate open. A TV, computer monitor and a small sound system were taken. SAPS were dispatched for further Investigation.

Birth, Balfour Road, Woodstock @ 15:46 on the 17th December 2019. Our monitoring centre received a call requesting medical assistance. Medic 1 was dispatched and on arrival requested Emergency Services as a 28 year old female was in labour. Emergency Services took too long to arrive and Medic 1 delivered a baby boy at 16:46. Both mother and baby were fine and taken to Somerset Hospital.

No alarm signals were received. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported a window had been forced open and chocolates were taken from the refrigerator. Client declined SAPS.

AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the premises had burgled. Access was gained via the roller shutter door as the padlock had been cut. SAPS were dispatched but failed to arrive.

Housebreak In & Theft, New Church Street, Tamboerskloof @ 08:35 on the 19th December 2019. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting a premises had been burgled. The alarm had activated during the early hours and AR reported a front and back perimeter check due to high walls as the key in the lockbox could not unlock the gate. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported access was gained via a window which was forced open. Client could not establish what was taken and would report the incident to SAPS.
