Attempted Housebreak In & Theft , Carstens Street, Tamboerskloof @ 18:14 on the 27th May 2019. Our monitoring centre received a call requesting assistance as a suspect had been apprehended. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the suspect who was armed with a knife and a screwdriver had tried to break into a premises when he was caught. SAPS were dispatched and the suspect was taken onto custody.

Housebreak In & Theft, Exner Avenue, Vredehoek @ 18:30 on the 27th May 2019. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting a premises had been burgled. No alarm signals were received. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported access was gained via the bathroom window and a few items were taken. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

Malicious Damage to Property, Trek Road, Higgovale @ 05:52 on the 28th May 2019. Our monitoring centre received a report from the AR that while on patrol, a black vehicle which was parked on the street was missing its bonnet. It could not be ascertained to whom the vehicle belonged to.

Theft, Kloof Street, Gardens OB @ 16:11 on the 30th May 2019. Our monitoing centre received multiple panic alarms from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported staff had apprehended a mother and daughter as it was alleged the daughter had stolen another customer’s cell phone. SAPS were dispatched and the two were taken to the police station to await the owner of the phone who was not in the store at the time of the ‘arrest’.
