Attempted Housebreak In & Theft, St James Street, Vredehoek @ 10:23 on the3rd March 2019. Our monitoring centre received multiple burglar alarms from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the safety gate and front door were standing open. There were no visible force marks. The television could be seen lying on the couch. The client confirmed nothing had been taken from the premises and declined SAPS.

Housebreak In & Theft, Leeukop Street, Tamboerskloof @ 15:57 on the3rd March 2019. Our monitoring centre received multiple burglar alarms from a premises. AR was dispatched and reported a front check only due to high walls of which the client was informed who was out at the time. At 16:59 the client called for an escort and AR was dispatched. On arrival it was found the premises had been burgled. The bedroom and en suite windows were broken and the burglar bars bent. Nothing had been taken from the premises and SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.
