Housebreak In & Theft, Kloof Nek Road, Tamboerskloof @ 10:18 on the 22nd February 2019. Our monitoring received a call reporting a premises had been burgled. A burglar alarm signal was received at 04:24 and the AR reported a front check only. The client was informed. The premises was later opened at 09:46. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported access had been gained via the balcony sliding window which had no burglar bars as there were force marks. Cutlery and wine were taken. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

Housebreak In & Theft, Hares Avenue, Woodstock @ 20:29 on the 22nd February 2019. Our monitoring received a call reporting a premises had been burgled. No alarm signals were received. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported access was gained via the back window. Items taken were a laptop, ear phones, back door keys, x2 sets of spare car keys, a passport and cash. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

Trespassing, Molteno Road, Oranjezicht @ 03:48 on the 25th February 2019. Our monitoring received alarm signals from a premises. AR was dispatched. Client stated there was someone on the premises. AR reported the premises was checked and it was found that the suspect had used a ladder to jump into the neighbour’s yard but it was unclear how access was gained onto the client’s premises. SAPS and the neighbourhood watch searched the surrounding area.

Motor Vehicle Break In, Upper Union Street, Gardens @ 16:06 on the 28th February 2019. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting a vehicle was being broken into. AR was dispatched and on arrival arrested the suspect. SAPS were informed but did not arrive. The suspect was taken to the police station by the CCID.
