Housebreak In & Theft, Clifford Avenue, Highlands Estate @ 01:45 on the 30th December 2018. Our monitoring centre received multiple alarm signals from a premises. The alarm had activated earlier and AR reported a front check only as he could not gain access due to the remote in the lock box not working and the house sitter could not be reached. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported he met the house sitter and it was found that a back window was removed but no access was gained. SAPS were informed. The house sitter who was on his way out stated he would report the incident to SAPS. Later that morning the alarm activated again and the house sitter informed AR that a television had been stolen. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

AR was dispatched and on arrival reported access was gained via the roof and tools were taken. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

Housebreak In & Theft, Albert Road, Woodstock @ 11:42 on the 3rd January 2019. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting a premises had been burgled. The premises had been closed for the holidays. The last activation received after the closing the AR reported a front and both sides check. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported access had been gained via the roof. Suspects had damaged the CCTV cameras and taken one CCTV monitor. It was not certain what else had been taken. SAPS were in attendance.
