Housebreak In & Theft, Albert Road, Woodstock @ 08:01 on the 25th August 2018. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting a premises had been burgled. No alarm signals were received. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported access had been gained via a window on the left which had been smashed and the grill broken. As per camera footage, the suspect entered premises at 04:25. Items taken were a laptop, leather wallets, bags and shoes. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

Housebreak In & Theft, Oaktree Road, Devils Peak @ 07:05 on the 27th August 2018. Our monitoring centre received multiple panic alarms from a premises. Client also called in to report the garage had been burgled. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported suspect had gained access by climbing over the fence on the left hand side and onto the balcony and then descended the stairs and entered the garage. A black Giant mountain bicycle was taken. Client informed AR that the alarm had not been armed. The last burglar alarm signals were received on the 26th August 2018 at 20:29 where the client confirmed it was accidental. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

Housebreak In & Theft, Pinetree Crescent, Devils Peak @ 07:50 on the 27th August 2018. Our monitoring centre received multiple burglar alarms from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the premises had been burgled. As per client, the premises had been burgled during the course of the night and the alarm had been armed but no alarm signals were received. Client set off the alarm for the response to come out. Access was gained via the back palisade fencing which had been bent and then removed the middle glass from the back door to enter the premises. A flat screen television, x2 laptops, x2 cell phones and a wallet was taken. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

Housebreak in & Theft, Harrington Street, Cape Town @ 13:59 50 on the 27th August 2018. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting a premises had been burgled. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported there were no signs of forced entry to the empty building. However, the technician on site who reported the incident stated that there had always been a television in the server room which was gone now. The client was currently out of town would attend to the incident on their return.

AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the on-site security officer had caught a suspect breaking into vehicles. SAPS were dispatched and the suspect was taken into custody.

AR was dispatched and on arrival reported a suspect with a bicycle had been caught. SAPS were dispatched and the suspect was taken into custody as it could not be established where the bicycle was taken from.
