Housebreak In & Theft, Sussex Street, Woodstock @ 02:20 on the 6th August 2018. Our monitorig centre received a burglar alarm from a premises. AR was dispacthed and on arrival reported a front and right side perimeter check due to high fencing. A voicemail message was left for the client. At 03:01 the client called in reporting the premises had been burgled as per the neighbour. AR was dispatched and reported access had been gained at the back via a bathroom window. As per the client nothing of value was taken. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

Attempted Housebreak In & Theft, Chelsea Avenue, Vredeoek @ 19:26 on the 6th August 2018. Our monitoring centre received a call requesting assistance. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the premises which is currently empty was found with the front door standing open. It had been forced open as the lock was damaged. The tenants who had moved out were alerted by the neighbours. It was confirmed nothing had been taken. SAPS were in attendance.
