Housebreak In & Theft, Clifford Avenue, Highlands Estate @ 01:59 on the 23rd June 2018. Our monitoring centre received multiple burglar alarms from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported as per the house sitter the premises was burgled. Access was gained via the main bedroom window. It could not be established what had been taken. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

Housebreak In & Theft, Pinetree Crescent, Devils Peak @ 15:32 on the 23rd June 2018. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting the premises had been burgled. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported access was gained via the front door whereby the glass pane was removed. No alarm signals were received. It could not be established what had been taken besides a television that was removed from the wall as the client was away. SAPS were informed and a guard was posted.

Housebreak In & Theft, Wale Street, Bo Kaap @ 04:49 on the 24th June 2018. Our monitoring centre received a burglar alarm from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the premises had been burgled as the front window was smashed. None of the key holders were available. Eventually one was reached who confirmed clothing and accessories were taken. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

Housebreak In & Theft, Searle Street, Woodstock @ 11:38 on the 24th June 2018. Our monitoring centre called for an after-hours opening and was informed the premises had been burgled. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the client requested AR to return the next day for a follow up as he was leaving and would inform SAPS himself. The alarm had activated during the early hours and AR reported a front, left and right perimeter check due to a high fence with barbed wire. A burglar bar on the far left side was open but the door was not visible. This was relayed to the client.
