Trespassing, Leeukloof Drive, Tamboerskloof @ 01:27 on the 22nd April 2018. Our monitoring centre received a call requesting assistance. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported an ex- tenant was there to remove his belongings from the garage. The owner was unavailable to come out. The ex-tenant left with a motorcycle.

Housebreak In & Theft, Ravenscraig Road, Woodstock @ 05:32 on the 22nd April 2018. Our monitoring centre received a phone in alarm reporting a break in. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported access was gained by breaking a glass window after removing the mesh wiring. A laptop, monitors and the telephone system was taken. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the premises had been burgled. Access had been gained via an open bathroom window and a laptop was taken. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

Housebreak In & Theft, Kloof Street, Gardens @ 13:03 on the 22nd April 2018. Our monitoring centre received multiple alarm signals from a premises. Client stated the premises had been burgled the previous evening. The alarm had activated during the early hours and AR reported a front and right side check of which the client was informed via voicemail. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported access had been gained via the back door which was broken. However, nothing had been taken and SAPS did not open a case as the owner was not present.

Theft Out of Motor Vehicle, Constantia Road, Gardens @ 06:01 on the 23rd April 2018. Our monitoring centre received a call stating a vehicle had been broken into. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported a Porsche that was parked in the street had its doors unlocked via a remote or key. A car jack and lock nut opener was taken. There was no need for SAPS as the owner would report the incident themselves.

Housebreak In & Theft, Strand Street, Woodstock @ 07:43 on the 23rd April 2018. Our monitoring centre received a call requesting AR as the alarm wires had been cut and the premises was broken into. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported access had been gained via the roof and numerous power tools were taken. The client had a suspicion of who the suspects may be. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

Theft Out of Motor Vehicle, Rosmead Avenue, Oranjezicht @ 09:52 on the 23rd April 2018. Our monitoring centre received a call requesting AR as a vehicle had been broken into. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the safety gate had been removed from its rails and a schoolbag was taken from a black Audi A3. The locking system may have been jammed as there were no signs of forced entry. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

Trespassing, Upper Maynard Street, Gardens @ 06:28 on the 25th April 2018. Our monitoring centre received multiple burglar alarm signals from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported a suspect was found at the back of the property with two sleeping bags in his possession. As per the neighbourhood watch, suspect was linked to a burglary in Seymour Avenue. SAPS were dispatched and the suspect was taken into custody.
