Housebreak In & Theft, Bridle Road, Oranjezicht @ 21:24 on the 29th March 2018. Our monitoring centre received multiple panic alarm signals from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported when he pressed the intercom the client screamed for assistance. SAPS were dispatched. AR accessed the property and freed the client who had been tied up. As per the client, a male suspect had gained access via the back by climbing over the electric fence. Suspect entered the house through the open back door and tied the client up using shoelaces before taking an Acer laptop and a Playstation 4 console. Client managed to reach the panic button which was activated. AR & SAPS chased the suspect who managed to escape.

Trespassing, Bellair Road, Vredehoek @ 06:32 on the 31st March 2018. Our monitoring centre received a call requesting assistance. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported a suspect had been apprehended for trespassing. SAPS were dispatched and the suspect was taken into custody.

Common Theft, Military Road, Tamboerskloof @ 07:42 on the 1st April 2018. Our monitoring centre received a call that two stainless steel plant pots had been stolen from a premises. As per AR there was no need for SAPS as the client was aware who had taken it.

Theft Out of Motor Vehicle, Frank Avenue, Highlands Estate @ 16:17 on the 1st April 2018. Our monitoring centre received a phone in alarm. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the client’s wallet had been stolen from his vehicle. Suspect ran away but was caught by the neighbourhood watch. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

Attempted Break In, Clifford Avenue, Highlands Estate @ 17:21 on the 3rd April 2018. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting there had been an attempted break in at the premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported access had been gained from the mountain side at the back where the suspects had cut the electric fence and bent the steel fencing .
