Trespassing, Buitengracht Street, Cape Town @ 01:27 on the 12th March 2018. Our monitoring centre received a phone in alarm reporting a female tenant had locked herself in the bathroom as there were intruders on the premises. SAPS and AR were dispatched who on arrival reported two males had climbed onto the balcony and tried to gain access to the building but to no avail.

Housebreak In & Theft, Upper Buitengracht Street, Bo Kaap @ 08:47 on the 12th March 2018. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting a premises had been burgled. No signals were received as the alarm had not been armed. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported when staff arrived for duty they found the front security gate which had been presumably forced open with a crow bar as well as the front door open. Suspects then forced open another door and ripped the safe out of the flooring. Other items taken were a laptop and two IMAC computers. SAPS were in attendance.

Housebreak In & Theft, Kloof Street, Gardens @ 05:13 on the 13th March 2018. Our monitoring centre received multiple burglar alarm signals from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the premises was burgled as the front glass window had been smashed with a stone. Items taken were clothing and shoes. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

Suspected Stolen Goods, Cnr Brandweer and Roeland Street, Cape Town @ 04:59 on the 15th March 2018. Our monitoring centre received a report from the AR that while patrolling they had apprehended a male who was in possession of a bicycle and two pairs of name brand spectacles. SAPS were dispatched who on arrival confiscated the items but did not arrest the suspect.
