AR was dispatched and on arrival reported as per the client the premises had been burgled. The padlock had been broken off the storeroom door and tools were taken. No alarm signals were received prior.

Malicious Damage to Property, Moray Place, Oranjezicht @ 00:33 on the 7th March 2018. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting that a vehicle had been broken into. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported a brown Mercedes Benz passenger window had been smashed which was parked on the street in front of the premises. It could not be established if anything had been taken as the owner was away. SAPS were informed.

Housebreak In & Theft, Bridle Road, Oranjezicht @ 10:33 on the 7th March 2018. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting that a premises had been burgled. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported access had been gained via the palisade fencing on the mountain side. Suspect ripped two bar speakers from the wall before fleeing the scene. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

Housebreak In & Theft, Sir Lowry Road, Woodstock @ 04:19 on the 8th March 2018. Our monitoring centre received multiple burglar alarms from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported a front and side check and requested a key holder come out. The premises was checked and it was found that there had been a burglary. Access was gained via the roof but it could not be established what had been taken. There was no need for SAPS as the client would report the incident.

AR was dispatched and on arrival requested a key holder come out as a window had been broken. As per the client no access was gained and nothing was taken.

Our monitoring centre received a report from a public member who arrived at the office stating there was a burst water pipe at a client's premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported a section of the copper piping had been stolen. None of the key holders or the client were available when contacted. AR managed to stop the water by bending the pipe.

AR was dispatched and on arrival reported a black Landrover which was parked on the street window had been smashed. It was not known who the vehicle belonged to.

AR was dispatched and on arrival requested medical assistance as a male tenant had been beaten severely and was struggling to breathe. Emergency Services were dispatched and the casualty was taken to hospital.
