Trespassing, Poyser Road, Tamboerskloof @ 15:46 on the 16th February 2018. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting  someone was trying to jump over the fence to the property. AR was dispatched and on arrival requested medical assistance as the suspect had caught himself on the spiked fence. No case was opened as no access was gained onto the property and no medical treatment administered as the casualty was taken to hospital by private transport.

Housebreak In & Theft, Strand Street, Cape Town @ 23.25 on the 18th February 2018. Our monitoring centre received multiple burglar alarms from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the premises had been burgled. Access was gained via the front door. As per the on-site security officer, three suspects had smashed the door and taken several items before fleeing in a Chev Aveo. AR later spotted the vehicle and when pulled over by SAPS was found to be an Uber. The Uber which was parked in front of the premises at the time of the break in was used by the suspects when they fled the scene. The vehicle was searched and nothing was found and the driver was let go.

Theft Out of Motor Vehicle, Justice Walk, Zonnebloem @ 08:14 on the 19th February 2018. Our monitoring centre received a report from the AR that while patrolling his area he had found a white Landrover broken into. The front passenger window was smashed and as per the owner of the vehicle, a bag containing deodorant, cell phone charging cables, Ipod, CD pouch with CDs and R50.00 cash was taken. AR apprehended the suspect who was hiding in the bushes on an open field. SAPS were dispatched and the suspect was taken into custody.

Attempted Theft from Motor Vehicle, Bellair Road, Vredehoek @ 01:16 on the 21st February 2018.  Our monitoring centre received a call reporting someone was trying to steal the wheels of a vehicle parked in the street. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported suspects had fled after being chased by a resident. It was not known who the Toyota Etios belonged to. The wheels were handed to the resident for safekeeping. SAPS were in attendance.

Housebreak In & Theft, Bromwell Street, Woodstock @ 01:25 on the 21st February 2018.  Our monitoring centre received multiple alarms from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the premises was checked with the client and found to be burgled. Access had been gained via the roof. Client could not establish what had been taken. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

Arrest, Bayview Avenue, Tamboerskloof @ 04:28 on the 21st February 2018. Our monitoring centre received a phone in alarm reporting there was someone trying to break into a vehicle. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported suspect was hiding in the bushes and requested assistance. AR then apprehended two suspects and SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

Armed Robbery, Roeland Street, Cape Town @ 11:08 on the 21st February 2018. Our monitoring centre received multiple panic alarms from a premises and AR was dispatched. A call was received stating an armed robbery was in progress.  Upon arrival AR reported suspects fled in a silver Polo Vivo and black Mercedes Benz with no registration plates. Three armed males had entered the store and told the manager to open the storeroom. They took all the contents in the storeroom but one bag was left behind when fleeing.  A 56 year old female received medical attention as she was hit over the head. SAPS were in attendance for further investigation.

Housebreak In & Theft, Cnr Loop & Hans Strydom Avenue,  Cape Town @ 02:30 on the 23rd February 2018. Our montoring centre received multiple burglar alarms from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the premises had been burgled. Three males had gained access via the back door which they forced open with a crow bar and taken handbags. They were later spotted and SAPS were informed who arrested them in Langa and all the stolen handbags were recovered.
