Theft, Higgo Crescent, Higgovale @ 12:19 on the 11th February 2018. Our monitoring centre received a call stating the premises had been burgled. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported a male had rung the doorbell and said he was the cleaner. The guests currently staying on the premises had tried to contact the owner to establish his identification but could not reach her. They allowed suspect entry who started cleaning the house which placed the visitors at ease. While the suspect was emptying the bins, the client called and confirmed no cleaner was expected. By then the suspect had made off with x2 laptops, Ipads, jewellery and cash which were hidden in the wheelie bin. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

Housebreak In & Theft, Deer Park Drive, Highlands Estate @ 02:32 on the 12th February 2018. Our monitoring centre received a burglar alarm from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the premises had been burgled. Suspect had gained access over the fence on the left hand side of the house and removed the glass from the aluminium kitchen door. Client could not confirm what had been taken. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

Housebreak In & Theft, Bree Street, Cape Town @ 11:55 on the 12th February 2018. Our monitoring centre received a burglar alarm and when calling, client confirmed the premises had been burgled. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported suspect had climbed over the back gate and kicked in the back door and taken a few bottles of liquor. Client still needed to do inventory to confirm what else was stolen. No alarm signals had been received prior. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the premises had been burgled. Access was gained via the a window on the left hand side which was under construction and a drill was taken.

Common Theft, Bromwell Street, Woodstock @ 11:35 on the 15th February 2018. Our monitoring received a call requesting assistance as the premises had been burgled. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the copper pipes had been stolen. There was no need for SAPS as they would report the incident themselves.

Armed Robbery, Kloof Street, Gardens @ 14:10 on the 15th February 2018. Our monitoring centre received multiple burglar alarms from a premises. At the same time Watchcomm called in via the radio to report the premises had been robbed. AR and SAPS were dispatched. On arrival AR reported three male suspects had entered the premises and held the staff at gun point. Items taken were 12 laptops, a cell phone and wallet. Suspects then fled the scene and were later arrested in Goodwood.
